Biography
Life Events
I’m Vitkócziné Edit Juhász (Edit V. Juhász).
I’m an amateur painter, I was born in Eger and I still live here with my family.
Although my childhood drawing successes, awards, and encouragement from my teachers all directed me toward the artistic career, my destiny was different: I became a librarian and worked in my profession until my retirement.
With the encouragement of my adult children and granddaughter, I started painting again in 2017.
Taking advantage of the Internet, this is where I first tried to show my pictures.
My paintings have appeared in several group exhibitions and I have been able to introduce myself.
I’m self-taught, I’m happy to paint with acrylic, but I also make watercolor and pastel pictures.
Through my paintings, I would like the viewers to be amazed again at the harmony and beauty of nature, if my pictures would encourage the visitor to think further.
