Art in my life … It was literally from the beginning. I belong to those lucky people who have always dealt with art. You can say that I was born between easels, paintings and decorations. My mother was a teacher, teacher and painter in one person. A demanding teacher, and later a professor in whose hands I got. Then learning, improving the workshop and working. There were exhibitions, there were diplomas.
I paint from an early age. In my work I try to refer to the best painting traditions. And both in terms of style and technique.
I fully agree with the words of John Paul II who, addressing artists, said that the role of art is to show beauty and evoke an aesthetic experience.
The ideal of beauty is nature, which is a reflection of God’s perfection, and the artist’s role is to strive to imitate it. In my paintings I try to reflect it … only realism: – nature is perfect in itself and there is no need to improve it.
Beauty expressed in imitating nature is always perfection, because it requires maintaining the proportions imposed by it.
Whoever sees in himself this divine spark, which is an artistic calling, also discovers a certain obligation, this talent cannot be wasted, but it must be developed to serve it with neighbor and all humanity. No one could express themselves better about art than John Paul II.
I am still developing, I am still learning, I am still looking for new expressions of beauty in order to give others my own creativity. One of the professors once said to me; – “that’s why you got the talent to make others happy.”

I paint oil paintings on battle-themed canvas, genre scenes, veduta, portraits, still lifes, landscapes and religious themes. I make my own paintings and copies of the works of old masters.
